Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Hitscan account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and peripheral components to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
